Our Winning Philosophy

Readers of the Maryland Daily Record voted D’Amore Personal Injury Law their #1 choice for medical malpractice cases in Maryland.

About Paul M. D'Amore

I received a Bachelor of Science degree in business finance from Boston University’s School of Management in 1992 and a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University’s School of Law in 1997. I began my legal career as an Assistant Prosecutor for the State of New Jersey.  After leaving the Prosecutor's Office, I spent the next decade successfully defending corporations, doctors, nurses and hospitals in Massachusetts, Maryland and Washington, D.C. against claims of negligence.

In 2009, I decided I would rather help real people instead of rich hospital systems and insurance companies.  I resigned my partnership at a prestigious defense firm, and began working as a personal injury lawyer serving injured people in their fight for justice against the very hospitals, corporations and insurance companies that once retained me.

Since becoming a personal injury lawyer, I have obtained life changing compensation for my injured clients and their families. The results that I have achieved for my injured clients have earned me recognition as a Super Lawyer, a Top 100 Trial Lawyer and Life Membership in the Million Dollar and Multi Million Dollar Advocates Forums.
