D'Amore Personal Injury Law, LLC
Serious Injury Lawyers Proudly Serving
Baltimore, Annapolis, & Washington, D.C.
D’Amore Law Firm is proud to share that The Daily Record has named our attorneys among the 2025 Medical Malpractice & Personal Injury Law Power List—an honor that highlights the most influential and respected practitioners in this field across Maryland.
The Daily Record’s editorial team, together with insights from readers and the broader legal community, selected attorneys whose work has not only shaped outcomes for their clients but has also made a lasting impact on the practice of law in our state. The list provides a deeper look into the profession, exploring how these attorneys view their work, the changes they hope to see in the legal system, and the personal journeys that brought them to this career.
We are honored to be included among such distinguished colleagues. At D’Amore Law, our mission has always been to fight for victims of medical malpractice and personal injury with compassion, dedication, and results-driven advocacy. This recognition is a testament to the hard work of our team and the trust our clients place in us during some of the most challenging times in their lives.
The 2025 Power List is part of The Daily Record’s ongoing series spotlighting leaders in law, health care, government affairs, higher education, financial services, and beyond. We are grateful to be included in this year’s distinguished group and remain committed to advocating for justice on behalf of those we serve.
Paul M. D’Amore, founding member of D’Amore Personal Injury Law, built his legal career through diverse experience across both sides of the courtroom. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Boston University’s School of Management in 1992, followed by a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University’s School of Law in 1997.
Paul began his legal career as an Assistant Prosecutor for the State of New Jersey before transitioning into civil defense work. For eight years, he successfully represented corporations, doctors, nurses, and hospitals in Maryland and Washington, D.C. against claims of negligence. This unique perspective—having defended the very institutions he now challenges—gives Paul a powerful advantage when advocating for victims of medical malpractice and personal injury.
What’s the most important thing you do in your job?
“The most important thing I do is listen with an open heart and an open mind. Everyone has a past, a present and a future. My job is to listen and learn how a person’s past has shaped their present, and to do everything in my power to create a better future for them.”
What is one aspect of your profession you would like to change?
“I wish we could help more people. There are so many case out there that deserve justice, but the harsh reality of economics makes it impossible to litigate them.”
If you weren’t in this profession, what would you be doing?
