Veronica Moon
Veronica has held managerial positions in personal injury law firms for more than 30 years. She was the first employee hired by D’Amore Personal Injury Law, and has been an integral part of building the firm’s sterling reputation as a “client first” organization. In addition to ensuring that every client is treated like family, Ms. Moon serves as Executive Assistant to Mr. D’Amore, and is the firm’s Director of Marketing and Performance.
In her free time Veronica enjoys spending time with her Belgian Malinois, gardening, doing DIY projects around her home and keeping up to date with the latest in digital marketing.
Jillian Etzler
Jillian began her career as a paralegal in 2016 after obtaining her Bachelors of Arts at Salisbury University and Paralegal Certificate at Anne Arundel Community College. Jillian joined D’Amore Personal Injury Law in 2019 as a Litigation Paralegal. Jillian is responsible for the day-to-day handling of the personal injury claims including slip and falls, car accidents and medical malpractice. In 2023, Jillian became the Office Manager and Intake Coordinator. In addition to her Litigation Paralegal duties, she also oversees the daily operations of the office, communicates with potential new clients, vendors and other business representatives.
In her free time Jillian enjoys spending time reading and hiking on the weekends with her goldendoodle and her fiancé.
Charlotte Kyser
Charlotte joined D’Amore Personal Injury Law, LLC in early 2023 as a Nurse Paralegal. She graduated from Chamberlain University with her Bachelor’s in Nursing and has more than 10 years of clinical and bedside experience in the medical field. Prior to joining D’Amore Personal Injury Law, she was employed by several large hospitals in Maryland, giving her first-hand knowledge of their policies and procedures, making her an invaluable asset to our medical malpractice and personal injury clients.
Charlotte enjoys working with clients to obtain medical records, coordinate depositions, answer discovery, and prepare their cases for trial.
In her free time, Charlotte enjoys paddle boarding, the beach, and spending time with her husband and kids.

D’Amore Personal Injury Law was started by attorney Paul M. D’Amore. After almost 20 years of successful practice, Mr. D’Amore wanted to create a personal injury law firm that focused on the real-life needs of people who had been catastrophically injured by the negligence of others.
Over the course of his career, Paul learned that these types of cases require a deep understanding of the clients themselves, and the global impact the injury has had on their bodies, their lives, and their families. Employing this philosophy requires each personal injury lawyer at our firm to fully commit to the client, and place everything else second.
